Also with significant strength gains and fat loss after 8-12 weeks of consistent training of 2-3 times a week

What if I need to cancel a session?

Cancellations of a booked session must be done the day before or within a 24 hour time span. If not done within a 24 hour time period, clients could still be charged for booked sessions of services- excluding emergencies.
